Case in point, there’s an instance in which the customer support staff point out that one of the customer’s feedback is not completely accurate, and they proceed to explain why that is the case. I think this is quite an honorable thing to do.
The only problem is that these ratings are from 3 and 4 years ago. It would be great to see what customers are experiencing as they travel during the global pandemic and whether Star Jet is delivering its services as promised.
