What is JetFinder.com?
JetFinder exists as a private jet charter broker that was founded in Toronto, Canada, in 2017. Currently, this company has its offices in Canada and UAE, from where it serves its global clientele.
Note that JetFinder is not a direct carrier, and does not own or even operate any of the aircraft that its clients use on the way to their destinations. A close look at this company’s disclaimer reveals that it does the following:
- It acts as a broker between its clients and the aircraft owners, by booking charter flights for the clients on demand.
- Advises on and makes arrangements for specialized aviation services such as group charters, cargo missions, and medical charters.
JetFinder does not:
- Own, maintain or even operate the aircraft. All the aircraft advertised on the website are usually offered by 3rd party FAA-licensed direct air carriers.
Do they have a wide variety of aircraft?
Well-established aircraft charter companies usually compete on many levels, with one of the main ones being the provision of a variety of aircraft that can fulfill different needs. Access to a wide variety of aircraft is the foundation of efficiency and flexibility that most air travelers seek. JetFinder has managed to create its unique fleet of aircraft that comprises luxury aircraft in the following categories:
- Light Jets
- Very Light
- Super midsize
- Midsize
- Ultra long range
- Turboprop
- Heavy
Do they have a wide variety of pricing options for different budgets?
Air travel can be very expensive, hence it’s reasonable for anyone to be concerned about the costs that they’ll incur each trip. JetFinder helps customers access various aircraft for travel, for which the pricing is different, based on a number of factors, including the following:
- The distance covered/length of the journey
- Type of aircraft used
- Concierge services offered
- In-flight catering (inflight catering, ground transportation)
- Airport fees
- Additional costs – crew overnight, short leg fees, hangar fees, onboard services, cleaning and de-icing, international fees, fuel surcharge
All factors considered, however, the average hourly costs that customers can incur fall within the following ranges:
- Light jets- $2000 to $3500
- Midsize jets – $3000 to $6000
- Large jets – $5000 to $11,000
- VIP Airliners – $15,000+

Does JetFinder offer Flight sharing services?
Flight sharing services are also another feature that frequent air travelers look for in an air travel company. Provided that the quality of services does not diminish, most customers are usually willing to share the aircraft with other passengers so that they can only pay for their seats, not the entire aircraft. JetFinder helps you access a fleet of private aircraft that you can share with others.
Empty legs flights usually lead to massive savings per trip, thus enabling clients to save for their next trip or to even travel to other destinations without worrying about the overall fees.
Does JetFinder accept Bitcoin Payments?
Yes. There’s You can pay for your flight using one of the following options:
- MasterCard
- VISA
- PayPal
- Bitpay (this option lets you pay for using cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum).
The fact that you can pay for your flight using Bitcoin goes a long way to show that this company is quite accepting of the very elements that are meant to give it an edge over its competitors, as it strives towards ensuring that privacy is not compromised.
P.S. See full list of ALL the private jet companies that accept cryptocurrency payments on this page
Membership options?
In as far as I can tell, there’s no distinct membership program that’s offered by JetFinder. This can be a major downside, to some extent, considering that most clients in the aircraft industry are usually looking for a company that offers a membership program. This applies, more so, to those who travel frequently, because the programs offer unmatched efficiency. If you do not travel regularly, then a membership program or jet card membership may not be necessary.
The quality of the support?
JetFinder strives to deliver quality support by offering customers a number of communication avenues, through which they can raise their concerns. No one should convince you to compromise on the quality of customer support, since if it’s not good enough, it can cost you a lot of time and money. With this company, you can access the customer support staff via:
- Call – 24-hour support
- Chat – responses given via email
JetFinder Reviews (What their customers say)
Customer reviews can help build your confidence with a particular service provider. As a potential customer, you can narrow down on a suitable service provider, simply by having a look at what other customers are saying. What, therefore, are customers saying about the nature of services offered by JetFinder? Are the reviews sufficient for us to conclude that JetFinder is reliable?
Trustpilot
Rating: (3.7 / 5) (out of 1 customer review) click here for details (opens in new window)
The customer feedback given on Trustpilot points to JetFinder’s services being excellent. There’s unfortunately only one review at the time of writing this review, hence it’s hard to conclude that the services offered by JetFinder are always excellent. The fact that there are not so many reviews about this company does not paint a very good picture of it. In most cases, companies with very excellent services also have numerous reviews on different consumer trust sites, with all of them pointing to the fact that the services are not substandard.
That said, however, I’d like to point out that JetFinder is doing an impressive job as a charter broker. There are, of course, more outstanding companies that have better services in this industry, which I’d advise that you have a look at before concluding that JetFinder is the best service.

PROs & CONs
To minimize the chances of having a stressful trip, after having paid a lot of money, you should weigh the pros and cons of the charter broker. If the pros outweigh the cons, then you can consider using that company’s services. If the cons are more, you should simply avoid it. With JetFinder, you can expect the following pros and cons:
Pros
- It offers empty legs flights
- Several channels to communicate with customer support
- Wide variety of aircraft
- Accept Bitcoin & Ethereum payments
Cons
- Prices per trip might not be the most competitive in the industry

Final words and verdict
Verdict: Legit!
Overall rating: (4 / 5)
Jet Finder has done a great job at establishing a charter broker service that serves its customers from its Canada and UAE offices. I really like the fact that this private jet company accept bitcoin and Ethereum as payment! Customers can rely on its booking system to ready themselves for their next flight, as they choose from the wide variety of aircraft that JetFinder has access to. Generally, there’s not much about this company that I can water down or use as the basis to suggest that you stay away from it. I’d however suggest that you check other options in the market, as you get to decide which company offers the value that matches your needs as a traveler.
