What is Jetex?
Jetex was launched back in 2005, with its owner’s aim being to form a company that would end up becoming a leader in the executive aviation industry. The company currently has trained staff members who are tasked with executing trip planning solutions that enable customers to travel to their destinations.
This firm has a global network of strategically located operation centers, along with collaborative locations distributed in different countries in the world. The owners of this company take pride in being able to deliver exceptional services, based on the following guiding principles:
- Diversity
- Quality
- Knowledgeability
- Accountability
- Safety
- Sustainability
Adel Mardini is the Founder and CEO of this company and has since the establishment of the company been guiding the company’s operations in a bid to guarantee its continued success.
Do they have a wide variety of aircraft?
The customer support staff at Jetex concern themselves with the delivery of services that take the burden off the clients so that all they have to do is pay for the flight and then board the aircraft of their choice. The support staff ensures that they are matched up with the aircraft that matches their needs in terms in terms of size, range, price, etc. Here are some aircraft that customers can access:
- Mid-Size Jets E.g. Hawker 900XP, Hawker 850XP, Citation X, Citation Sovereign, Falcon 50EX, Falcon 2000 LXS, Phenom 300, Legacy 500, Challenger 350.
- Heavy Jets E.g. Global 7500, Falcon 8X, Falcon 900LX, Legacy 650, Legacy 600, Global Express XRS, Global 6000, Global 5000, Challenger 850, G450, G500, G650.
- VIP Airliners E.g. Airbus A318 Elite, Boeing Business Jet, A319, Lineage 1000.
Do they have a wide variety of pricing options for different budgets?
The executive aviation industry is not left behind when it comes to offering something for everyone. Some companies offer pricing options that cater to different travelers’ budgets. This strategy works quite effectively by attracting customers who’d otherwise not have the chance to travel in executive aircraft due to the high travel costs. Does Jetex allow its customers to pick the pricing option that meets their budgetary allocation? Unfortunately, this company does not clearly state that it does this. Instead, every customer has to his or her unique travel expenses. This does not necessarily mean that the costs will be low, though they can end up being low depending on several factors.
Does Jetex offer Flight sharing services?
Flight sharing is one of the best ways through which you can cut your travel expenses as you head to your destination. With most arrangements, customers who rely on flight-sharing services end up paying for a single-seat, instead of the entire aircraft. If you’ve ever thought about traveling on a luxurious private jet, then you should give flight-sharing services a try, because you can team up with friends and family and book out an entire aircraft.
Unfortunately, Jetex does not offer a defined flight-sharing program, as per its website. There’s only an option to book several seats during the booking process, without necessarily getting discounts and offers you’d get from defined flight-sharing services.
Does Jetex accept Bitcoin Payments?
Itis hard to tell whether Jetex accepts Bitcoin payments just by looking at its official website. The only thing I, however, discovered was that Jetex recently got into a partnership with a company known as PrivateFly, which already utilizes Bitcoin. The partnership made it possible for Jetex to offer its services to PrivateFly’s customers boarding aircraft at Paris Le Bourget Airport.
So, am going to assume for now they accept Bitcoin as payment.

Membership options?
Membership programs are very prestigious amongst those who rely on private jets instead of commercial airlines. They’re more like golf club memberships, which people take great pride in being part of. Jet card memberships and programs usually come at a steep price. This is because customers are required to pay for about 25 (to 50) hours of flight. The flight hours are then redeemed throughout the year, as the member of the program travels to various destinations. Does Jetex offer such a program that you can take advantage of? Unfortunately, this company does not have a membership program (as of March 2021). If a membership program is a must-have for you, you might have to check elsewhere.
The quality of the support?
Jetex claims to offer 24/7 support to its customers. There are specific operation centers that handle the issues presented by customers from different regions in the world. The customer service operation centers are based in the following regions:
- Jetex Global Headquarters – Dubai
- Miami – USA
- Beijing – China
For each of the above centers, you can reach out to the customer support staff using different communication channels, including:
- Direct calls – phone

This company’s services are available on a global scope. To ensure that customers access aircraft conveniently, Jetex has strategically set up FBOs and ground handling services in the following countries and regions:
- USA
- Mexico
- Chile
- Brazil
- Ivory Coast
- Spain

Jetex Reviews (What their customers say)
Jetex seems like a pretty decent company on its website. The videography is very welcoming, as you get to see the type of treatment that you can expect to get from the moment you walk in. Everything from the good-looking staff members, luxurious environment, high-end cars, and classy airplanes will impress you. What do customers have to say about this company’s services, however?
There are several reviews given by customers about this firm on various sites and platforms, though the most outstanding ones I came across were on Facebook.
Rating: (5 / 5) (out of 33 customer reviews) click here for details (opens in new window)
The reviews given by customers on Facebook are meant to give a valid account of the nature of services delivered. The Jetex Reviews on Facebook are quite plain, with most of them lacking detailed feedback. If it were a new company that has not been around for long, it would be hard to simply believe in its capabilities based on the Facebook reviews. That said, however, this is a company that has been around for 15 years, and it has more than 100,000 followers on Facebook, which is something that goes a long way to prove that its impact in the present-day world is being felt. I still feel like this company needs more reliable reviews on various consumer trust sites to act as social proof that it can deliver what it promises.

Final words and verdict
Verdict: Legit!
Overall rating: (3 / 5)
Jetex is a high-end air travel company that you can turn to if you don’t want to deal with the struggles associated with commercial air travel. It’s one company that’s presented as a high-end and luxurious one, though from what it offers, I still believe it’s miles behind some companies that have better and more refined offerings. There are those that, for instance, have flight-sharing services, jet membership programs, several pricing options, and empty legs services. Have a look at the one recommended in the review below for instance;
