There’s only one customer review for this company, but good thing is that it is a positive one. In the feedback given, Coppola Concierge is heralded for being a company that’s “detail-oriented”. If this feedback is to go by, then Coppola Concierge is a company to be trusted. I’d, however, be inclined to book my next flight with a company that has several reviews on several consumer trust sites, just to verify that customer experiences do not vary.
