What is Fly Victor?
Victor (Fly Victor) is a private jet charter broker which has a global digital jet charter marketplace. This company is not a direct air carrier. Its objective is to connect customers with the most suitable aircraft for their travel needs.
All the flights that are advertised on Victor’s website are usually fulfilled by aircraft operators who are properly licensed with Part 135 and 121 authorities. The licenses are granted by the Federal Administration and Department of Transportation. Fly Victor is, according to its official website, fully compliant with part 295 and 298 charter broker rules. It does have any extra liability insurance; hence its passengers are usually covered by various aircraft operator insurance policies.
This company has its offices in Washington DC, London, and Munich. It is also a member of the following bodies:
- Air Charter Association
- EBAA
- NBAA
Do they have a wide variety of aircraft?
Whereas Victor does not own any of the aircraft that it connects its clients to as they fly to their destination, it does have access to such a large number of private jets. This company actually has a list of more than 100 partners which are all licensed aircraft operators. Each of the partners has its own range of aircraft, so you can only begin to imagine how large a fleet Victor has access to. Some of the partners you may (or not) recognize, include:
- 2Excel BroadSword
- AC Aviation Charter
- ACI Jet
- ACM AIR Charter
- Aeropartner
- ASL NV/BV
- Advance Aviation
- Altius Aviation
- Avcon Jet AG
- Asia Jet
- Al Jaber Aviation
- Alkan Air
- Aston Jet
- Arkasair
- Arena Jet
- Altius Aviation
- Avione Jet
- Avio Delta
Do they have a wide variety of pricing options for different budgets?
This company does not reveal whether it has different pricing options, but it does talk about offering competitive price rates. The price quotes for your itinerary may be a sum of;
- Landing fees
- Basic catering (Europe clients)
- Taxes (where applicable)
Clients are not charged extra fees in the name of taxi fees or fuel surcharges. There are, however, some additional charges that come up from time to time, including de-icing charges.
The impression I am getting here is that every client is highly likely to end up with a very unique price quote. Whether or not the fees are within one’s budget may vary based on several factors.
Does Victor offer Flight sharing services?
Yes. FlyVictor offers flight-sharing services in the form of empty leg charter flights. Each time clients book a one-way flight, the aircraft becomes available for empty leg flights during the return journey. The aircraft has to fly empty as it goes to its home base to fulfill other flights. You can book your empty legs flight and save up to 75% of the costs that you’d otherwise have to pay for the conventional private jet charter.
Victor allows its customers to create empty leg alerts so that they can get notified whenever aircraft are available.
Does Victor accept Bitcoin Payments?
No! As of now, this company only accepts payments made through major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Customers can make their payments online or offline. The only thing that a customer has to do is to ensure that the funds are reviewed and cleared before they take off in the aircraft of choice.
There are several companies that are already accepting Bitcoin in the private jet charter industry, so I can only hope that Victor will follow suit in the near future.
Membership options?
Victor has a membership program, though it’s not like the ones we’ve come across in other private jet charter reviews. Signing up for the Victor Membership is simply creating your account, so that you can use it to book your next flight or for checking the price estimates.
The quality of the support?
This company has a couple of communication channels that its customers can rely on to contact the support staff. For starters, it has different email addresses that can be used when customers have questions to raise about:
- Personal charters
- Group charters
- Emergency charters
- Corporate charters
It also has direct telephone lines that customers can contact the support staff in their offices in London, Washington DC, and Munich.
Beyond that, you can reach out to them through their social media platforms on:
In what countries are their service available?
You can see from Victor’s official website that it serves customers from all over the world. It flies to more than 40,000 airports that are distributed in 157 countries in the world. Its clients’ favorite destination countries include:
- Mexico
- United States
- United Kingdom
- United Arab Emirates
- Italy
- France
- Germany
- Canada
- Australia
- Greece
- Portugal
- Sweden
You can check the list of other countries that Fly Victor enables its customers to travel to.
Victor Reviews (What their customers say)
Customer reviews serve the purpose of showing us how a company has been treating its customers in the past. You can get the general feel of the nature of customer service just by looking at the kind of feedback customers have been giving. What can you expect from Fly Victor as a new customer? Let’s have a look at the reviews given on Facebook.
Rating: (5 / 5) (out of 52 customer reviews) click here for details (opens in new window)
A 5-star rating shows that Victor is a company that customers are generally happy with the nature of customer service received. You can tell from some of the feedback posts given that Victor is efficient in terms of communication and timeliness. I went ahead to confirm whether this was reflected in other consumer trust platforms, and I established that Victor is consistent. It delivers its value to customers by making sure that all their needs are attended to. That said, however, its services are facing stiff competition from other high-ranking companies in the private jet charter industry.

Final words and verdict
Verdict: Legit!
Overall rating: (4 / 5)
Fly Victor has come a long way as far as the development of a comprehensive fleet is concerned. If you want to fly to different destinations in the world, this company can make arrangements for you, and connect you to the right aircraft, depending on your needs. It, however, lacks a defined membership program ( jet card membership programs), which some customers would need to have access to. I also think Victor should consider including Bitcoin in their accepted modes of payment, to make room for clients who are looking for privacy. That said, you compare what Victor has in store for its customers with my recommended alternative below.
